Adrian’s Detailing holds the right that contents publish in our website is correct. We reserve the right to change our price without notice. By accepting any service through Adrian’s Detailing means they have understood and accepted the terms and conditions through this website.


Appointment arrangement can be made between the client and Adrian’s Detailing over the phone, email, in person or online. Our team will reply to the booking within short time. Prices will be discuss over the phone or email and based on availability appointment will be confirmed. 

Vehicle Accessories

All vehicle accessories such as headlight covers, bonnet guards, vent visor and weather shield must be removed by the customer prior to commencement of work. The customer must remove any personal items from the interior of the vehicle including the boot. Adrian’s Detailing will not be held responsible for any loss or damage to personal items, anything which is not removed will be cleaned around that area.

Method of Payment

Payment for all services must be paid on completion of work carried out prior to the operator leaving the job. We accept Cash, Bank Transfer, EFTPOS, Credit Card (Visa & MasterCard).


Adrian’s Detailing is not liable for any oil, grease, brake dust or any form of pollutants washed off the customers vehicle while detailing their vehicle that are left on the property that could or may have stained or damaged the driveway or lawn in anyways. All products used by Adrian’s Detailing are environmentally friendly and tested to ensure they are safe for the environment. Adrian’s Detailing is liable for any physical damage done to the customer’s property such as structural damage, that may have occurred while operating a motor vehicle on the property.

Adrian’s Detailing has sole discretion in determining the liability of any damage that the customer claims to have occurred while work was performed on the vehicle such as scratches, scuffs, dents, swill marks as they may have been there prior to work commencing when the vehicle was dirty and they could not be seen.

It’s customer best interest to identify areas where prior damages are, safety and sensitive areas, such as electrical parts, computer box and special engine compartment where water should not be used before Adrian’s Detailing starts there work. If after the work has commence and without the knowledge of where the hidden compartments are Adrian’s Detailing doesn’t take any responsibility of after effect damage.

Adrian’s Detailing doesn’t take responsibility of the vehicle which already had problems before commencing the work. It’s customers responsibility to get those problems fixed before Adrian’s Detailing starts work. If the pre-existing problem doesn’t gets fixed and any new problem occurred while detailing could be related to pre-existing for which Adrian’s Detailing doesn’t take liability or responsibility.

Once a service is book through Adrian’s Detailing either directly in person, over the phone or through online, the customers understands what our services are involved and they fully accept our service. Adrian’s Detailing before commencing there work once again informs there customers of the services been involved.

As part of detailing process high pressure machine, buffing machine, vacuum and shampoo machines are used without which our jobs cannot be completed. Once Adrian’s Detailing have finished exterior detailing the paint work for how long the paint will shine is based on the service they have booked for. We don’t guarantee the shine will last as expected due to nature where the vehicle is parked and usage. For interior detailing once it’s completed Adrian’s Detailing doesn’t take any responsibility for seats still wet, carpets still wet, condensation in any electrical or related areas.  With engine cleaning we only do dry cleaning using air compressor to blow and wipe off dust. No water will be used to clean the engine. If customer needs engine degreased and high pressure cleaned then they have to give written permission to Adrian’s Detailing for doing that but no liability will be taken for any problems arising from the service.   

Adrian’s Detailing has the full right to ask for vehicle key and hold it till the job is completed. Once customer fully pays for service requested and tax invoice issued Adrian’s Detailing will return the key safely. If no payment is made Adrian’s Detailing has the right to hold the vehicle key till full payment is made.

Cancellation policy

Once the booking is done means the client have accepted the agreed price either via in person, by phone or by mail. For cancellation our charges are:

– 48 hours before the due time won’t incur any charges.

– 24 hours before the due time will incur 10% cancellation fees to the agreed price.

– 12 hours before the due time or on the day will incur 20% cancellation fees to the agreed price.

Refund policy

We normally don’t accept advanced payment before we start the work. We give our customers service for detailing the job and the price includes travel, time, labor, chemical  and machinery costs and other related business costs. Once the service is completed the customer is given chance to inspect the vehicle and complete the sale. Once the detailing service has completed the customer gets legally bind to pay our company. We give customers enough time to assess our work and do the payment. Once the sale is completed customers can’t get any refund for the service already provided. This is a service industry and once the service is already provided and completed no refund for change of mind or unsatisfactory work.  Refund will only be accepted before our service is provided in cases like gift voucher or client has already paid in advance before the commencing of the job. In these case refund will only be provided considering the above cancellation policy with original receipts provided.

Professional Service Guaranteed!

Adrian’s Detailing gives our customers Professional Service Guaranteed. After the completion of the job, the customer must inspect all work carried out prior to the operator leaving, any issues that need rectifying must be done before the detailer leaves. After the detailer has left and issues are brought up will incur additional charges based on travel time and cause of problem.
